Forced Circulation Evaporator Manufacturer

Forced Circulation Evaporator

What is a Forced Circulation Evaporator ?

Forced Circulation Evaporators are specially designed for liquids that tend to scale, foul, highly viscous and crystallize depending upon the final concentration of the product. Feed is re-circulated in the shell and tube heat exchanger by pumping, heated under pressure to prevent boiling, and then flashed in the vapor liquid separator, where the absolute pressure is slightly less than in the heat exchanger, to obtain the required vaporization

Technodry is a leading Forced Circulation Evaporator manufacturer in India, offering high-performance evaporation systems for concentrating high-viscosity, high-fouling, and crystallizing solutions. Designed for robust industrial duty, our FCEs are widely used in chemical plants, distilleries, zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems, and effluent treatment operations where thin film evaporation is not feasible.

  • Tailor-made for high-scaling and high-solids feeds
  • Reduced maintenance due to non-boiling heat transfer
  • Engineered for high throughput and thermal efficiency
  • Compact, modular design — ideal for integration in ZLD systems
  • Options for condensate recovery, vapour recompression, and pre-heating stages
  • Designed and built to withstand corrosive, slurry-like conditions
  • High circulation velocity prevents fouling and scaling
  • Designed for slurries, viscous fluids, and crystallizable feeds
  • Available in single or multi-effect configurations
  • Compatible with steam, thermic fluid, or mechanical vapor recompression (MVR)
  • Operates under vacuum or atmospheric pressure
  • Skid-mounted and modular for ease of installation
  • Constructed in SS304, SS316L, or other high-grade alloys based on feed chemistry
